Tasting day

Before landing a catering job, sometimes you will have to conduct a tasting for the hosts. In a year of firsts, I'd say we knocked this one out of the park. The hosts loved the presentation and we booked the gig. I love this life.

We were tapped to provide Waffle flights for SNTEXP.COM at The Glass House for a very exclusive grown and sexy event. I love working in this space, and the event was everything!!

Buffet-style catering is one of our favorite setups. Providing catering service for MN Bar Association at The Glass House has been one of the favorite events this year.
